1. All payments and deposits are non-refundable

2. All clients must confirm their appointment at least 24 hours in advance via my reminder. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled.

3. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all styles over $100. This deposit is applied to your service. 

 

4. Clients more than 30 minutes late without calling will be cancelled and have to reschedule and possibly pay a cancellation fee.

 

5. Same-day cancellation will require a $25 cancellation fee/deposit, or not being able to book in the future.
